Pastor Joel B. Abraham is an internationally recognized Christian leader, mentor, evangelist, and leadership trainer, serving as the Founder and Director of Reach Nations International Ministries (RNIM), the global outreach arm of Beersheba Goodlife Ministries.

Guided by the motto “To Enlighten Ignited Souls,” Pastor Joel’s ministry focuses on awakening hearts, equipping believers, and raising spiritually empowered leaders who will influence nations for the Kingdom of God.

Born into a strong pastoral heritage, Pastor Joel represents the third generation in ministry. His grandfather Rev. B. Abraham faithfully served as a pastor alongside his wife Ammini Abraham, establishing a legacy of faith and ministry. His father Rev. Biju Abraham has continued this legacy, serving in pastoral ministry for more than 30 years, while his mother Maya Biju has been a constant support in the spiritual and family life of the ministry.

Raised in a spiritually vibrant home known as Beersheba Home in Mavelikara, Kerala, India, Pastor Joel grew up in an environment devoted to prayer, worship, and service to God. He shares a close bond with his sister Hanna B. Abraham, who is part of the family’s strong spiritual heritage.

Pastor Joel testifies that from his early years he experienced the call of God upon his life. Two scriptures that profoundly shaped his calling are Jeremiah 1:5 — ““Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”” — and Genesis 12:2 — “I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you…”. These promises became foundational pillars that strengthened and guided his journey in ministry.

At the age of 17, Pastor Joel began actively serving in ministry, initially dedicating himself to children’s ministry, demonstrating a heart for the next generation. As his calling grew, he became actively involved in several Christian youth movements including GAD Youth Ministries, ICPF, and CCYM (the youth wing of HMI), where he inspired and mentored many young believers toward spiritual growth and leadership.

In 2014, under the covering of Beersheba GoodLife Ministries, Pastor Joel founded Youngsters Fellowship India (YFI). What began as a gathering of passionate young believers soon developed into a dynamic movement committed to raising a generation rooted in vision, faith, and purpose.

Driven by a global mandate, Pastor Joel later established Reach Nations International Ministries, a mission-centered platform dedicated to evangelism, discipleship, church planting, leadership development, and revival across nations. Through RNIM, he continues to minister across cultures and borders, equipping believers and raising leaders committed to advancing the Kingdom of God worldwide.

Pastor Joel’s spiritual journey includes key milestones that shaped his faith and calling. He experienced salvation on May 10, 2007, was filled with the Holy Spirit on April 28, 2008, and publicly declared his faith through water baptism on February 28, 2015.

Academically, Pastor Joel holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Divinity (M.Div). He is also an ordained pastor through IATA Internationals, equipping him both spiritually and academically for global ministry leadership.

On August 20, 2025, Pastor Joel married Mini B George, the daughter of George Abraham and Binu George of the Olickal family. Together, they share a calling to support and advance the growing vision of ministry.

Today, Pastor Joel B. Abraham continues to carry a powerful global mission—to preach Christ, reach nations, equip leaders, and build the Body of Christ worldwide. Through his leadership, teaching, and mentorship, he is raising a generation of believers who walk in faith, power, and divine purpose, impacting communities and nations for the glory of God.
